Terms and Conditions

Working draft: October 27, 2026

1. Website operator and contact

This corporate website is operated by EFO DESIGNERS LLC, located at 1341 West Mockingbird Lane Suite 600W, Suite 601, Dallas, TX 75247, United States.

For questions about the website or our services, please email hello@efodesigners.com. For matters concerning personal data, please contact privacy@efodesigners.com.

2. Scope of the website

The website provides information about EFO Designers, its approach, experience, consulting services and training programs. These terms describe the conditions for using the website. Contracted services and program enrollments are subject to their own specific terms.

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a service contract, program enrollment or newsletter subscription. It does not create an obligation to purchase a service.

3. Consulting services and results

The scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, confidentiality obligations and responsibilities for each project will be established in a specific proposal or contract.

General information on the website does not replace a business diagnosis or professional advice tailored to your circumstances. The experience and results presented relate to specific engagements and do not guarantee identical results in other projects.

Any commitment regarding savings or return will be subject to a project assessment and the expressly agreed conditions. Where such a commitment is offered, its scope, measurement method, timelines and the responsibilities of each party will be specified.

4. Training programs and eAlumni

EFO Designers develops its programs and content, is responsible for the instructors, and issues the corresponding certificates and digital badges.

Marketing, enrollment, payments, program delivery through the platform, support and delivery of certificates issued by EFO are managed through eAlumni, according to the terms of each program.

Before enrolling or paying, review the program information and applicable terms, including requirements, dates, price, assessment, certification, cancellations and refunds. Those terms must identify the contracting entity and be available before enrollment is completed.

Completing an EFO certification does not, by itself, confer a corporate position or the role of Chief Efficiency Officer, CEfO. It does not guarantee employment, promotion or a particular level of income.

5. Appropriate use

Use the website and its forms lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent content, impersonations, unsolicited advertising, malicious files or communications that infringe the rights of others. Do not attempt to access systems without authorization or interfere with their operation.

Provide only information you are entitled to share. Avoid including passwords, payment details or confidential documents in the general contact form. If an inquiry requires confidential information, we will arrange an appropriate channel and conditions for receiving it.

6. Intellectual property

The text, designs, materials, trademarks and other website content belong to EFO Designers or are used under the relevant authorization or license. Third-party elements remain the property of their respective owners.

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. Reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially exploiting its content requires authorization from the rights holder, except for uses permitted by applicable law. Accessing the website does not transfer rights to the methodologies or materials presented.

7. Links and availability

The website may link to eAlumni and other external services. When using them, review their terms and policies. EFO’s responsibility for each service will depend on its involvement and applicable law.

We aim to keep the information up to date and the website available, although errors or interruptions may occur. Corrections and updates will not, by themselves, amend existing contracts or limit users’ applicable rights.

8. Privacy and communications

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Business inquiries and voluntary newsletter subscriptions are managed separately.

9. Rights, inquiries and updates

These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The specific terms of each contract will be interpreted in a manner that respects those rights.

To report an issue or submit a complaint, please email hello@efodesigners.com, describing the facts and your request. This contact channel does not limit your right to approach the competent authorities or courts.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or its services. The published version will state its update date. Changes will not apply retroactively to earlier contracts without an appropriate legal basis or agreement.
