Privacy Policy
Working draft: October 27, 2026
1. Data controller and contact
EFO DESIGNERS LLC, located at 1341 West Mockingbird Lane Suite 600W, Suite 601, Dallas, TX 75247, United States, is responsible for processing the personal data it receives through its website and contact channels.
For questions or requests concerning your personal data, please email privacy@efodesigners.com.
This policy describes how personal data is processed through the EFO Designers corporate website. Contracted services may require additional privacy information and terms.
2. Information we receive
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name—if you choose to provide it—and your message. We also record the date, language and page from which the inquiry was submitted to manage it and provide follow-up.
If you contact us by email or another channel, we receive the information you provide during that conversation.
The website infrastructure may generate technical logs, including IP addresses, access dates, requested pages and browser information, to operate the service, diagnose issues and prevent misuse.
We do not request payment card details or sensitive personal information through the contact form. Please avoid including passwords, identity documents or confidential information about other people that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
3. How we use personal data
We use this information to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information.
- Assess business needs and prepare requested proposals.
- Follow up on conversations and services.
- Protect our forms, email and infrastructure against spam, fraud and other misuse.
- Handle privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis, processing will rely, depending on its purpose, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests in responding to communications and maintaining security, taking individuals’ rights into account.
4. Newsletter and marketing communications
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
When newsletter subscriptions are enabled, subscribing will be voluntary and separate from the inquiry form. We will request your email address and record the information needed to manage your subscription and document your choice.
The language of the page may be used as the initial language for communications. An expressly selected language preference will take priority.
You may withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link in our communications or by emailing privacidad@efodesigners.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before that withdrawal.
Until the newsletter service is enabled, displaying an invitation to subscribe does not mean that a subscription has taken effect.
5. Service providers and recipients
We use hosting, email and automation services to manage the website and inquiries. Our website is currently hosted by Webempresa, and inquiries are recorded using our own n8n instance hosted on Hostinger infrastructure.
These services may process the information needed to perform their functions. Access must be limited to the people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose.
We do not sell personal data received through this website.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Relationship with eAlumni and other websites
Training programs may direct you to eAlumni, where activities such as program inquiries, enrollment, payments and access to the learning platform are managed.
Following a link to eAlumni does not automatically transfer the contents of an inquiry submitted to EFO. Information you provide directly on that website will be subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
If a service you request requires sharing data with eAlumni or another entity acting for its own purposes, we will inform you of the recipient and purpose, and request authorization where required.
7. International processing
EFO DESIGNERS LLC is established in the United States and uses technology providers that may operate in other countries.
The location of processing may depend on the service used. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, the relevant mechanisms must be put in place. You may request information about the processing of your data by emailing privacy@efodesigners.com.
8. Data retention
Inquiry data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond and manage the resulting relationship. If a service is contracted, the relevant contractual and legal retention periods will also apply.
Access to information that must be retained for legal obligations or potential claims will be restricted.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your data will be used while your subscription remains active. After you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to respect your decision and document the management of your subscription.
9. Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics and advertising pixels have not been added to the currently confirmed configuration.
WordPress functionality, language selection and technical services may involve cookies or other storage mechanisms. Before enabling additional analytics or advertising tools, we will update the relevant information and request consent where necessary.
External links may lead to services with their own technologies and policies.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
Send your request to privacy@efodesigners.com, explaining what you need. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
11. Security and automated decisions
We apply technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Automating the recording and forwarding of inquiries helps us manage them. It is not used to make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect individuals.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when website features, providers or processing practices change. The published version will state its update date. If a change requires new authorization, we will request it before carrying out the relevant processing.
